Welcome to StackGenix.ai (“Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of our website, services, and our operational AI infrastructure, including end-to-end AI deployment powered by NVIDIA Enterprise AI and our proprietary CorePath™ Framework (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority) to use our Services. By continuing, you affirm eligibility.

2. Use of Services

  • Services are provided for business or professional use only.

  • Unauthorized use, reverse engineering, resale, or redistribution is prohibited.

  • You are responsible for all activity under your account and must keep credentials secure.

3. Intellectual Property

  • All materials—including CorePath™, content, and software—are owned or licensed by StackGenix.ai.

  • You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for internal business purposes only.

  • You may not reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, or otherwise misuse any part of the Services.

4. Third-Party Software and NVIDIA Licensing

Our Services incorporate components and models licensed from NVIDIA. These components are subject to NVIDIA’s own licensing terms, including but not limited to:

  • NVIDIA Software License Agreement for Enterprise Products

  • Product-Specific Terms for AI Products

  • NVIDIA Community Model License

By using our Services, you agree to adhere to all applicable NVIDIA license obligations—such as usage restrictions, attribution requirements (e.g., including any required notice like “This software contains source code provided by NVIDIA Corporation.”), reporting obligations, and platform limitations.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” While we aim for efficient, cost-saving, and reliable performance, we make no warranties regarding uninterrupted service or fitness for any particular purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, StackGenix.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our cumulative liability for any claim is limited to fees paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate Services at our discretion, with or without notice. You may terminate your use at any time.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Massachusetts, U.S.A.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The “Last Updated” date will reflect changes. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance.
